- People first company - Nice & skilled co-workers - Great management (feel listened) - Great company culture - Good work life balance - Good location Barcelona Eixample - Flexible remote work

Cons

Computer engineering services type of business which isn't the most scalable. They didn't have their own product at least at least back then. This leads to capped salaries for a senior engineer. Strongly coupled to a single big client (KPN).
