Pros
Working at Elephant Ventures (EV) will offer you unique opportunities to apply and hone your skills in technology development by solving leading-edge challenges for their clients. You will work with a great management team who are both knowledgeable in their technology disciplines and genuinely good people.
Cons
Really, none. But if you join, understand that this is an entrepreneurial organization, and you will need to contribute everyday. If you are coming from a "comfy corporate job", this is a different and more challenging experience...but in a good way!

I loved every minute of working there. My team was great and super supportive. Art made us all a part of the family that was EV. The project I worked on got us a lot of exposure. Probably the best software team I was ever a part of for our project. Woulda stayed forever with them had that project lasted. Much love for everyone that was there. Thankfully avoided archetypes and any drupal endeavors.
Cons
Getting a performance review from my manager was impossible. Never got a raise. The Dir of tech was really inept and very dis-liked. He was a main reason a bunch of us left, but he was an MIT guy so management looked the other way.
