Elevate is a great place to grow and learn, you'll touch various areas of marketing/PR like traditional (I.e., radio/print/TV/online), earned social, and influencer marketing. The experience you'll receive is unmatched and you're able to have a heavy hand in many projects and make a significant impact due to the size of the agency. They also offer Summer Fridays in the summer and try to make sure everyone is able to take their fair share of them. Lastly, competitive pay and benefits are a plus. Great & caring people to work alongside, too!

Some internal processes could be modernized and professional development/onboarding could be improved.
