      Pros

      Great opportunity to have your own business and make it what you want. Freedom to work as you want sometimes. Good training.

      Cons

      Cold calling on businesses. Just okay support after training. Guaranteed pay is non existent when you are starting. Tell you you have an untapped area that has actually been sold to for years. Not much of a verity of products to sell.

      Willing to work with you on hours and flexibility Healthy work environment

      Cons

      expects you to do jobs wit half the pay those jobs normally pay. expects you to devote your full time and effort into that job for minimal pay and benefits. promises that the way up the ladder is there, when in reality there isnt a ladder at all.
