Pros

The only pro about working with this company is the day I turned in my work keys.

Cons

Never in my life have I worked for a more unprofessional company. Initially I was under the impression that this was a very professional and reputable place to start a career with opportunity for advancement. Nowhere in the job description for the groundskeeper did it say anything about being a trash worker, this is actually an understatement. The main property which is downtown Old market lofts, is like working at a landfill. The place is disgusting, and I truly feel sorry for whoever their next victim is, unless you enjoy stepping in mounds of trash and having dumpster juice sprayed all over you every day, a long with being a personal trash pick up service for the lazy residents that live there, then by all means apply for the position. Thank God I do not work for this place anymore, Has I known then what I know now...I would have NEVER applied with this company.

Pros

They pay well for the scope of work you do.

Cons

If I could give this company 0 stars I absolutely would. I started working in the corporate office of this company in October of 2024. When I was first hired, within the first month of being their management fired the most senior member of our team (who had been with the company for years). After that there was just me and one guy who had been working with the company for 5 months. I was taught how to use the systems they operate with (Yardi), but other than that I was not given many task beyond sourcing vendors for the properties and making the occasional spread sheet once in a blue moon when it was requested. Other than that I honestly was not tasked to do anything within the job description that I was hired for. In January of this year they told me that my role was essentially reduced to being responsible for only sourcing vendors while my coworker would be responsible for the analytics/financials, which was not ok with with me, but I was a team player and went along with it. In late January I was terminated from my position. I never had any disciplinary write up nor was I ever told that my performance within the company was lacking in anyway. In fact in December I had a end of year meeting with my manager and Brad, where they both expressed how they were please with my performance thus far. I also had suggested implementing a new system for how we keep track of sourcing vendor, which my manager created and rolled out the week before they terminated me. While being terminated they also refused to give me a reason why I was being terminated. They just said "it was not working out." Originally I thought they were just doing away with my position, but just posted a job listing for it today. Thankfully, due to my degree I was not inconvenienced and was hired by a more reputable company within a week. My advice would be if you are seeking employment from this company, think twice before doing so. The company is very unorganized. Every week there are multiple people being terminated which is probably why turn over is not great. Within my 3 months of working in the corporate office 4 people were terminated including myself. Brad is pretty nice from the encounters I have ad with him, but most of upper management is incompetent and should not hold the positions they have.
