Career Growth with Elevate

Pros

- Rapidly growing company - ARR continues to double (or more) year over year - Clearly articulated company values and strong adherence to the values. My two favorites are: Explorers not tourists and the currency of trust is transparency - Smart and thoughtful colleagues. Building a data driven product is not easy, growing a company isn't easy. If you don't have a really smart and collaborative team you can't do this. Elevate has been intentional about building this team and course correcting when needed. - Path for career growth from ICs to managers, supportive management team that provides regular feedback and cares about your professional development outside of Elevate Security. - Remote first culture, we closed our offices during COVID-19 and are fully transitioned into remote first which has allowed us to have great talent from across the Americas - Happy and engaged customers! Can't have enough as these as a growing B2B SaaS company.

Cons

- Company has less than 50 people, feels like a company with less than 50 people :)

Pros

Inclusive, diversity-oriented culture that's accepting of all types of people from all walks of life (tattoos, queer, varying ethnicities, tangential previous jobs, we've got it all) Friendly, helpful, enthusiastic, and genuine coworkers who strive to assist in whatever whenever possible You're typical "Silicon Valley start-up" lifestyle and office: snacks in the kitchen (an fueled by Instacart), a never-ending supply of Le Croix, a "come as you're comfortable" atmosphere, open spaces and little nooks to work in the way that's best for you, whether that be desk, couch, conference room, or patio. Team-building activities on the regular to promote camaraderie and destress from work Blinding transparency. Nothing is held back and people aren't expected to "figure it out" or be left out of information. Opinions from everyone are valued; no one is "too new" or "too inexperienced" to have a say and voice their opinions. Room for growth. Like most start-ups, there is opportunity to rapidly learn and grow your career. Family is priority. Both the cofounders have a "family-first, work-second" mindset, and strictly enforce it. 3 weeks vacation MINIMUM, and work remotely whenever is best for you.

Cons

Parking is not great is Berkeley
