Cons
This company is a scam. They lure folks in with promises of an entry level sales position and they're doing the math for how much money you're gonna make then next thing you know you're going door to door in absurd weather conditions begging people to sign up to get their windows replaced. You make about 500/week until you start hitting your numbers, which requires a level of being assertive that most people are too decent to have. I've seen people borderline coerced into signing up for this stuff cuz the marketer was that desperate to not come up short on his metrics that day. Most people don't last a month, I'd highly recommend staying as far as possible from here. You'll simply never be a part of the inner circle they have going. While friends and family of the owner and a few lucky salesmen get to live super easy, the marketers (you!) are out there for 10 hours a day grinding for nothing.
