      Pros

      I enjoyed working for EPM for over a year. Despite the challenges of nepotism and a few chosen employees who Corporate staff rely on.

      Cons

      The corporate team is out of touch with the management teams in the field. Many corporate staff are inexperienced with the roles they have been put in.

      I liked traveling for the company,

      but one thing I noticed is that they have too many people in positions that dont know what they are doing. i use to think it was a family value company until it went public ,then it turned into making money for the investers. it was too good to be true
