Pros

Beware: Fake Promises and Biased Treatment, Especially for Asians and Non-Arabs

Cons

It’s toxic. If you are non-Arabic, you are treated like a slave. They expect you to be active on their Google Meet calls all the time, with screen sharing enabled. Seriously, they only support their own people who understand their language.

Pros

The company offers significant remote work flexibility, fostering a healthy work-life balance. Feedback is consistently constructive, helping team members grow and refine their skills. Long-term commitment is genuinely valued here, with loyalty and tenure being recognized and rewarded. The team culture is supportive, and the CRO Creative Manager stands out with consistently positive, constructive feedback, encouraging growth and experimentation with best practices. The company’s steady growth opens up valuable opportunities for employees, especially newer hires, to advance and develop alongside it. Additionally, The work environment at Elevatus is truly relaxed and positive, a refreshing change from the high-stress atmosphere some might expect. Over my 4.5 years here, I’ve never experienced hostility or felt pressured to overperform at the cost of my well-being. Leadership is supportive and considerate, never resorting to threats or unreasonable demands; instead, I’ve always felt like a valued member of the team—almost like family. This culture is rooted in genuine support and encouragement, creating a welcoming space where team members actively uplift each other and collaborate for mutual growth. I am a testament to the opportunities and recognition Elevatus provides. Starting as a freelancer when the company was a budding startup, I’m now proud to say that I’ve grown into the role of Creative Director, managing a team of junior employees and freelancers. This promotion isn’t just about the title; it’s a reflection of the consistent support, appreciation, and recognition I’ve received here. Beyond career advancement, Elevatus has given me a true sense of belonging—a team and a workplace that genuinely has my back.

Cons

For creatives, and as a person who has a nag for creative ideas ,there’s a cap on how much freedom you have to test out your ideas in a HR tech software company. Creative direction is largely guided by the immediate needs and priorities of the business, which can sometimes feel restrictive. This is common in tech and data-driven environments where creativity is often funneled into structured, business-oriented objectives. While there are opportunities to bring ideas to the table in Elevatus, the scope for broad, experimental creativity may be limited by the industry’s focus on functionality and efficiency.
