      Pros

      The co-workers are the best part.

      Cons

      The company looks for young, determined individuals willing to do anything for the prospect of travel or moving up in the company. They overwork their employees until they breakdown and either leave the organization or are let go because they earn too high of a salary. It becomes a rotating door with no compassion for dedicated individuals and there is a lack of desire to create a better company culture. There is one owner with one objective.

      Location is spectacular, lodge is nice.

      Cons

      Worst salary in Iceland and exploiting foreign workers. Also American owned and managers are terrible people. Corruption and greed are embedded in this lodge.

      The staff were the best thing about this place! Until everyone started dropping off like flies

      Cons

      Deplar farm in Iceland has the potential to be a fantastic place to work, unfortunately the management let this place down massively, such a shame. Think twice before working here
