Pros
You can be very free in using ways to solve problems. Working from home is a total plus. Great managers who are very relaxed. Staff have much experience in this business and are very friendly.
Cons
Small company and lots of work but you can be independent in solving problems although sometimes you miss more hands on deck when the going gets tough.
