Working remotely and excellent technology team.

Too short of a stint; would have loved to stay. I was brought on board with the promise of growth and opportunities, but was let go too soon.

Pros
Management, management, management. It all starts at the top. Our Owner and President are kind and gentle but firm and believe in rewarding exceptional work. They are great listeners and truly want their employees to enjoy themselves and be part of a family while working there. There is no stress (doesn't sound true, I know, but it is). No walking on shells and no jekyll and hyde behaviors here like I have experienced with past positions. Everyone is kind and respectful and all are treated like adults. (What a concept, huh?) I look forward to going to work everyday!
