Pros

Was promised the sun, moon, and the stars. Wanted only a small star and was fired after growing the business for 3 years.

Cons

Stay away from these guys. Contact me if you would like to discuss.

Pros

"Your trust is our top concern, so companies can't alter or remove reviews." This is Glassdoor's policy on posts to companies, even when they are mis-representative and in my opinion slanderous. The previous post for Elicit is written as if I wrote it. I didn't. And when flagged, I received this response "Thank you for flagging the post titled “CEO” for additional review. We take our Community Guidelines very seriously. A manager has reviewed the post you flagged and decided it does meet our guidelines." Glassdoor, you just achieved National Enquirer status in my opinion. But in case you're reading this..... Elicit was a wonderful place to work. I enjoyed the opportunity to work with brilliant people, innovate service offerings, have fun with, and get to know the people I worked with as friends. Those relationships transcend employment. Elicit is on the cutting edge of introducing technology to marketing strategy. If you want to lead companies to evolve their customer understanding and incorporate customer centricity into their DNA, this is the place to be. If you have questions, reach out to me at (615) 810-9552.

Cons

The cons? Traveling to out of town clients most weeks for 4 years wore on me.

Pros

Everyone is good friends, clients and problems are very interesting, great culture that was just named AdAge Best Place to Work 2016, the growth and learning is unending

Cons

Those times when stuff hits the fan and we have to work nights and weekends to get something done for a client. It's rare enough to not bother me but one of the pitfalls of consulting. But we always make it happen.
