      Pros

      I never have to worry about my schedule being full, and I know when I'm off the clock I'm off the clock. There are no required nights or weekends.

      Cons

      Fast paced environment where you will be challenged with documentation.

      In my experience there was a good deal of transparency between the clinical and business sides of the operation.

      Cons

      The complexity of a statewide, multidisciplinary operation generated opportunities but also some challenges in patient care beyond those of a smaller and more limited agency.
