      Pros

      The receptionist is amazing. The Director of Staffing is great. PTO is fair.

      Cons

      Favoritism. If would go drinking with the Director of Talent Scout you will get promoted and raises. Also you get away with coming into work hungover and unproductive. Raises. There are none. Some employees have never gotten one. They are told they should just be happy to have a job. Director has no problem sharing other employees salaries, performance, etc. Nothing is confidential. College party atmosphere. Sexual innuendo, jokes, and comments made. Employees are made fun of by management due to weight and looks. Drinking at work. No annual reviews. Not only are you not coached on how to improve, there are no annual reviews (or raises) No chance to advance. Work from home. When hired I was told that we can work from home one day a week or when needed. Two years ago they decided to take that away from staff. Now you can work from home one day a month with seven days notice and not on a Friday.

      Co-workers and Clients are great to work with.

      Cons

      I was no longer fun to come into work. The new President does NOT carry the same values as Crystal had. She would be blown away at all the hard work she did put in and "poof" it went away as quickly as she did. It is no longer a team environment, do what I say or leave mentality.

      We truly appreciate your input. You are correct in saying that the company is certainly not the same as it used to be. Crystal was incredible, and losing her was one of the hardest things I (and we) have ever endured. She cannot be replaced. Our industry has experienced a myriad of changes in the last several years, and we have had to make some difficult decisions in order to continue to adapt and provide what we feel to be the best possible solutions to our clients. Change is never easy and we have had to make some very difficult decisions along the way. Our hope is that we are able to continue to maintain a collaborative and team-driven culture as we continue to adapt to the needs of our industry. Sincerely, David King

      1 Star Is Too Much

      Pros

      The employees that are a part of the day to day - trying to figure out, together, what is going on. I have made bonds and friendships that will last forever.

      Cons

      Since the owner has passed on, this company has been in a steady decline. They continue to fire entire depts all while trying to convince their current customer base that they can still be the company they were under Crystal - which is an insult to everything she built. Every time someone posts an honest review of this place, management rallies the troops to have them post positive reviews - I know this because I have been asked to do so on several occasions. Its very sad to see what this place has become - and I guarantee that you will find a few glowing reviews after this one trying to offset the clear and blatant honesty of the ones telling you to RUN from this place.

      Thank you for your feedback. You are correct in saying that eliteHCG is not what it used to be. The decisions that we have made to change our services to adapt to the needs of the marketplace have been some of the hardest I’ve ever had to make. I understand that decisions like this have impacts on the lives of people and their families, and that is something that I take extremely seriously. The information that we receive from these reviews is extremely helpful to our leadership team as we navigate these times of change. We appreciate the anonymous nature of Glassdoor’s employee review system that allows our employees to speak freely to us about what they are experiencing.
