Nothing at this time to the management

I joined this company without reading reviews that were written by the prior folks, which is my first fault and I learned the lesson very hard way. 1. They don't pay salaries on time. They will hold Salary, company will use for their maintenance. I did, tried reaching out to them via calls emails. No response. 2. Worst management : No one responds for emails or calls even if you are in a death bed. 3. They don’t care to maintain their employees status. All that they need is money, as long as you are working they don’t even bother to file for extensions or amendments. I was back of them to file for amendment because its not legal to stay here and work. They never care for you. 4. I feel that all the people who gave positive comments about this company are their management. Because none other than them will write a positive word about this company. 5. They don't even provide pay-slip access.
