      Terrible Company, even worse CEO

      Pros

      The work is extremely basic, which is a positive if you want that but it kills career growth in the long term

      Cons

      The CEO is an inept businessman who convinced himself he can run a software company. Upper management constantly gets redirected to do work that makes no sense (both in terms of profit or company growth). Unnecessary company "retreats" that are an excuse for the CEO to play house with his employees. There's an even darker side to this but I will not share that here.

      The only pro? You'll get paid. Big whoop. But get this—it's not until the 10th of every month! By then, half the month's already gone! And let's talk about those peanuts they call a paycheck. It's insulting, considering all the mess you put up with.

      Cons

      I worked at this place, and let me tell you, it's a nightmare. Imagine every move you make being watched like a hawk. The CEO? Always snooping around like they don't trust anyone. And what's worse, there's no freakin' vision or mission! We're just supposed to guess what the hell we're doing here. And the staff? Don't get me started. Half of them couldn't find their way out of a paper bag. And the CEO? Complete joke. No experience, no clue. No wonder we're always screwing things up with clients and partners. Oh, and get this—people use fake names! Like we're in some kind of spy movie. They kick people out at a moment's notice, like your job means nothing. And when you leave, good luck getting your last paycheck. They've screwed over so many people, it's disgusting. Work-life balance? Ha! They think you should live at the damn office. And don't even get me started on the politics and favoritism. It's like high school, but with adults. And harassment? Yeah, it happens here. No surprise when everything else is so messed up. This place is a toxic dumpster fire, and I'm glad I got the hell out of there.
