I have never been in a company where the values are lived so fully to the core. Everyone helps each other out and makes time to answer all the blonde questions you may get now and then. Being accountable, friendly and team players are in everyone's blood and it is so refreshing to be part of such an awesome Tribe.

Cons

You get less human contact, but your day is filled with so many Online calls, that it does make up for not being in an office.
