Biggest complaint is the fact that they never told me that I wasn’t considered a VA with them anymore!! They literally just removed me from all of their platforms. Imagine getting dumped and not even knowing it!!
Other than that:
-Lack of hours. I was pretty straight forward that I wanted to do this full-time and was told that was a possibility to eventually work my way up to that. After months of waiting, I had to accept another opportunity elsewhere. However, I was hoping to stay-on and offer hours where I could.
-They’re not great at communicating with you. You need to reach out to them.
