In Elitez, we follow a 3-month gradual target system for our newcomers, aiming to provide a fair opportunity for performance improvement. Contrary to any misconceptions, we do not have a practice of terminating staff who may not meet their targets within the first month. We believe in offering a reasonable timeframe for growth and development and remain dedicated to supporting our team members' progress. Additionally, our hybrid working model allows most of our employees to work remotely, accommodating various work styles.
