      At one point there were good people that worked here and in leadership

      Cons

      In the time I worked there I had several managers, with little to no direction. They say that "integrity, trust & transparency" are pillars of this organization which is comical. These are three qualities that could be more opposite in an organization. Executive leadership and management is constantly changing. You will not ever be a valued employee here, I would not ever recommend working for this company as I see its only a matter of time before they go under.
