- A place to learn a lot of experiences in short time because you will be working like a slave - They will try to make you write the positive review on Glassdoor so they can have good reviews - The CEO doesn't know how to deal with his temper - You will see your colleagues leaving every other week or month - Even you're lacking of experiences and if you want a promotion, you can just volunteered yourself and a magic will happen
Cons
- Reread the bullet point no. 1, 2, 3 and 4 - The CEO doesn't have whatever it takes to be a good leader and some head of departments aren't even capable enough for the job. Totally poor management - Really poor account management which will always cause the chaos in project team - Super finger pointing environment
