      The people on the teams are humble and hard-working, they are there because they need the money, otherwise they should be in another company where they are more valued. Full remote Flexible work environment

      Cons

      The environment is toxic, promoted by a CEO (Pau C.), who harasses people, there is continued lack of respect from him towards other people, to the point of being reportable from my point of view. He is a strong defender of micromanagement, he controls all the progress of projects and sales. He sets unrealistic goals and then puts pressure on the team because the budget has not been as profitable as he wanted. There are people on the team who are even on sick leave due to depression due to the leadership and control style of the person in charge. Companies that have a minimum of social responsibility should stop collaborating with them. The worst work experience I have ever had. Refrain

      We appreciate all feedback, even if it seems to be spam being an exact copy of an old review that keeps appearing from time to time. Elkanodata constantly goes through significant changes and improvements. We take pride in fostering a positive work environment where every team member is valued and supported.       A new vision for data

      Pros

      I had my first job opportunity with Elkanodata and although I had doubts about the functioning of the organization and the remote mode of work, the experience in the end has turned out to be very positive since the integration has been very easy from the first moment and I am very comfortable with the assigned functions.

      Cons

      The remote work sometimes is not as agile as the face-to-face but it all depends on the organization and here there is practically no problem with it.
