Pros

Made some nice friends Nice bonus sometimes

Cons

this job will take all your mental health and throw it in the garbage. There is no work life balance. Any positive review was written by management, I was sitting there as it was discussed. 100000 long meetings a day that could easily be covered in emails. Very toxic work environment

Pros

Great people to work with. Definitely made friends. Great Third Ward office location. Bonuses were nice including Christmas bonus, 401k profit sharing bonus and new management incentive plan. Work from home.

Cons

Highly stressful work environment with no work life balance. There is no shutting off at this company and everyone from management to sales expects you to work nonstop. The sales people are very difficult and act like you work for them instead of with them. The pay is extremely low for the massive amount of work you do and the projects you manage. They know you are overworked and throw bonuses at you as a band aid for all the stress of all employees but they don't do anything to fix the actual problem of being stressed, overloaded and burnt out. It's a revolving door for Project Managers. The stress is just too much to make this a long term career or company choice. It's fine for a while but the longer you stay the more you will wear down. Honestly, you can get paid the same or more elsewhere and have a much higher quality of life with better work life balance. Mentally, I don't believe it's worth working here. Employees constantly complain to each other how they want to leave and there is truth and valid reasons for this. If you work for McDonald's then you may have opportunities. If you work for other accounts you will probably be in a dead end position. Even working for McDonald's is no guarantee of future opportunities unless you buddy up with the higher ups. Management plays favorites for sure. Some people have been promoted time after time while others who deserved promotions are left to tread water in the middle of an ocean. Management will trumpet how great the culture is but it shows how out of touch they are with how people truly feel.

Pros

If you are NOT in McD design, I think you will be okay. The work culture is pretty neat. Beer exchange, Chilli cook off, etc.

Cons

Micromanagement. Everything needs to be approved by your manager. Senior management is pretty terrible-- they radiate stress and anxiety. You are expected to work more than the expected 40 hours without compensation. 40 hours is the bare minimum. No way to work up the ladder. You are just a cog in a machine at this company. If I could give no stars, I would.
