Pros

The company is great for those who need basic project management experience in order to advance to other jobs. It is also a great entrance into the market research industry.

Cons

Company has a lack of organization, structure and work-life balance.

Pros

Recent college grads have the opportunity to learn a very valuable skill set as a project manager. Nice facility to work in (unless you are recruiting!) and great staff; everyone helps each other out and is very supportive of one another.

Cons

Absolutely no work life balance. PM are taken advantage of and grossly underpaid for the hours and stress involved in the job. Owners are never on-site, and leave young women to handle situations involving angry participants (at all hours of the day/night) by themselves. Owner doesn't turn down work and blames her team when unrealistic expectations are not met, even when she micromanages the entire project. As a PM, you are expected to work 45 -55 hour weeks with no OT compensation. You work a 9 hour day, with no lunch break, and then are expected to answer emails after hours (even as late as 11pm), and over the weekend. Promises are made to you, but never kept.

Pros

The people that work there.

Cons

Under paid, over-worked and under appreciated. The owners rely on gossip to make decisions and hire without seeing if someone is fully qualifies which means a lot of people get fired without being given a fair chance. There's no real training and it's a sink or swim type of environment.
