Pros

Some of the therapists are nice, respects clients, and adhere to confidentiality.

Cons

There is a serious lack of professionalism, moral ethics, integrity and confidentiality when it comes to leadership and how they manage personnel or business problems at all three sites. The CEO is well known for rude behavior, disregard for others and throwing tantrums - how unprofessional. This could be due to her lack of education to run a company, lack of training in people management or lack of soft skills training. As one of recent hires stated, she has already received several bonus/raises and has been there less than a year..of course, this was given to the staff to improve her and the company’s image - without a doubt. She has had tremendous turnovers with her support staff as well as therapist in the last few years - all due to her treatment of others, disregard of confidentiality, and lack of professionalism. Her website is not accurate as she still identify people who no longer work there and have left some time ago. There is no 35+ therapist as they suffered as long as they could and decided to leave to pursue better working environments. It’s nice she’s hired some minority’s as she’s stated many of times her opinions on how certain individuals obtain their education and the limitations they will have to be professionals in any field. Use your imagination when reading this sentence and I’m sure your conclusions are correct. Lastly, there are no great benefits offered. You’d have to work a second job or get overtime just to pay basic health insurance premiums. This place can be looked at as a company that help recently graduated students or individuals with less than three years of experience get their feet wet in the therapy business. That’s not a bad thing but it is when you work for a place that is less than professional and will have to document the employer on your resume. Retaliation is often seen and heard of about this company which doesn’t support a good image. So my advice to potential job seekers, document everything with a date etc. because you will need leverage and support in your corner.

Pros

Generally, autonomous working environment.

Cons

Procedures are inconsistent due to the high turnover of administrative staff and the CEO's "next big project" style of management. "Benefits" are basic health insurance, which is only offered to FT staff, and holiday time/being paid for working (only FT therapists qualify for holiday hours, which are 6 hours/day). Health insurance is quarterly for FT therapists, and there is a requirement to maintain 30 hrs/week to maintain health insurance for the next quarter. Professional concerns are taken as personal attacks against the CEO.
