Pros
The work is fast paced but certainly worthwhile as we are supporting clients throughout the year at various stages with their only journey. There is above average a support including; administration, paraplanning, marketing. The role itself is varied, which I love, we deal with the general public so advice areas can be pretty much anything, having a whole of market holistic approach is certainly empowering. Full support with exam/qualifications, you are the master of that so just need to go and get it. Remuneration is fair and above industry average.
Cons
Every work place has challenges and EB is not immune to it. External factors such as; Investment Markets and cost of living can have an impact or morale and that seems to be felt, although I know we're not alone in that.
