Pros

They will hire just about anyone. You walk in and can be hired that day. It is very misleading however with all the fake reviews of this company. They do not sell Monarchs tickets, they are an incentive to donaters

Cons

Both employees and managers get fired very frequently. They do not give you a chance to show your potential and worth. I was one of the very many "fired" for no reason. They are very shady about their pay. I am still waiting for 4 hours of pay almost two years later. Other employees did not get paid on time and were missing hours and bonuses on a regular basis. High turnover and when I say high I am talking multiple new employees every few days. Most do not last more than a few days. What is the sense in that? The boss is very sketchy and always tries to not pay you and live up to his promises. Many active drug addicts work there and numerous times drug paraphernalia has been found in the bathroom and on desks including an employee overdosed at his desk once. Laden with sexual harassment and many people are getting fired for that and rehired after some time has passed. I will not even elaborate on the fact that hardly anything is donated to the actual charity. Worst job I ever had. Every paycheck has some "error". Boss is rude, arrogant and cheap.

Thank you for taking the time to write about your experience and I am sorry to hear it was a negative one. I am the co-owner and partner of ECS and would like to address a few of your points. I would like to start by apologizing for my delayed response. Many changes have taken place here at our company over the past few months both big and small. One big change is that we are no longer located in downtown Manchester which does help alleviate some of the issues we were having with the drug problems that have been running rampant here in new England not just Manchester NH. Our thoughts are with these people in hopes that seek and receive the help they so desperately need to overcome there disease. With our move we now have plenty of free and accessible parking -big plus! Previous payroll issues we have had are now less likely that we have two people now submitting payroll to our professional payroll company Paychex - we do use a electronic time clock and if an employee does not report a incorrect "punch in or out" it can effect their hours. We do our best to put a checks and balances in place and have improved greatly. As far as sexual harassment goes, we have trained HR people lead meetings to all employees regarding code of ethics within our company as well as following state and federal guidelines. We take all complaints seriously and will never tolerate employees that cause others to feel uncomfortable or otherwise. Lastly, regarding your opinion of the 'Boss' - we all have people in life we meet that we don't care for whatever the reasons. I am not here to judge your opinion of your former 'boss'- I know it wasn't me as I was on maternity leave. I would like to mention that not everyone is cut out for our types of positions on the phones. It's hard work at times and like anything else you get out what you put in. In addition to all mentioned, again I'm sorry to hear you had a poor experience, I wish you well on all your future endeavors.

Pros

I have been here for 3/4 of a year and I must say that I absolutely love my job here! The work environment is super up beat and the Manager Travis really knows what he is doing. Its also nice to know that we are helping to raise money for our local first responders here in NH. The training is great here and management really gives you the tools to succeed here. This is by far one of the best jobs I've had. The owner Matt is also great and had taught me a lot in my new position as an Administrative Assistant. I really enjoy all the knowledge I have gained from this position and am excited to keep learning.

Good training for someone without any experience looking to learn phone sales.

Cons

Disorganized, unprofessional work environment, with no upward mobility. Doesn't deliver on pay expectations. Inconsistent and unrealistic sales goals. Overall a poorly run business.
