Pros

I actually enjoyed the quality of food that I received from them. I tried several steaks, chicken breasts, and veggies. I enjoyed the freshness and taste of each. This company has a great product. They will train you in Atlanta, GA for one week in order to teach you a sales script, sales techniques, etc. The training program is decent, but there is room for improvement.

Cons

As a person who values good health and what I consume, I felt like I hit a gold mine when I interviewed. I really liked what the office manager and the Director of Sales had to say. They made me believe in the product and want to sale it. They even paint a picture for you about the money you can make and it seems great if you are willing to put in the work. However, it is the exact opposite. When I got back from training the leads that are given to you are terrible. You would have better luck just calling out of a phone book. They are facebook leads of people wanting free all natural food, however, most people did not meet the financial requirements to purchase a $10k order of 6 months worth of food. If you could afford it... great you will love it. But this is not for the average middle class family. Even the people who could afford it were nervous about the price. The compensation is actually terrible. They changed it on the sales people twice while I was there. Don't waste your time with this company unless you have a significant other who is willing to support you. Oh.. they closed two offices while I was there and two people I was in training with lost their jobs. Everyone I was in training with left the company.

Pros

Flexible schedules, great work life balance, lots of support, management team that cares, potential to earn great money.

Cons

Getting potential customers to have a paradigm shift in how they grocery show, but if you follow the script that can be done!

Pros

Great opportunity for upward mobility and income. You just have to follow the process and be accountable. Initially I struggled, then did fairly well, and now make a sizable income. If you do not like hard work, this is not for you.

Cons

Non traditional work hours can be challenging.
