Pros
Elluminate has a great culture with a combination of dedication to excellence and genuine concern for people. The target market (education) provides added incentive to do your job well as you can be a part of something meaningful. A strong customer focus supports employees who are willing to go above and beyond the call of duty to solve problems.
Cons
This is not a place to punch the clock - with your time or relationships. You need to believe in what the company is doing, work hard, work long and preferably enjoy the people you work with or you won't really fit. Work/life balance is promoted but you need to be pretty passionate about your work.
