Working at Elman Wall is really enjoyable; there is a real sense of togetherness amongst the team/firm, it's almost like having our own work family. One of the best things about working within the audit team (A team) is the really strong relationships we all have with each other, the fact we can rely on one another and ask for help and never get turned down! How can I forget the team socials we organise on a quarterly basis... crazy golf, rounder's, flight club to name a few. All these little things really add to our team morale and work/life balance. Last but not least there are great career prospects at EW which is one of the key appeals to working here as it makes the hard work really seem worthwhile. The directors aren't shy when it comes to pushing staff to strive for their goals, whilst supplying training and support where needed.

Excellent work environment. The firm was the voted as the best Employer of the Year nationally just a few years ago. I have been working at Elman Wall for over 5 years and not only have progressed within the firm but appreciate how the directors go out of their to way to assist all of us towards personal development and growth within the firm. The rewards are not only monetary but also the friendly atmosphere in the work place makes it a joy to come to work.
