      Work hard, show initiative and you will advance. Laid back teams for leaders. Communication with leaders in Mandarin is a big plus.

      Cons

      Not much guidance in career advancement outside “just do better”. Salary and role ceiling. Small raises. Winter’s can be cold if not working in the office and out in the facility. Can feel isolated among teams
