Lovely people, terrible leadership team.
Cons
The companies values were: Learn, Care, Share Unfortunately: 1) Learn - I learned that the CEO was a coward. He sold the company, then instead of telling everyone verbally...he just sent an email, quivered in the corner, and watched as everyone got let go. 2) Care - the CEO or leadership team didn't care for anyone in the end, except for the money they made in the acquisition. 3) Share - zero transparency, nothing was shared. Employees were deceived for months, then told a lie to bring them into the office, and told that many of them were going to be let go.
