Good place to learn if you want to get your foot in the door. Very flexible, work when you want. Commission can be good if you hustle!
Cons
Leadership feels pretty checked out and doesn’t seem to have a real grasp on how this space actually works. A big part of their approach is pressuring and talking down to candidates to get offers across the line. It’s hurt their reputation in a real way, and in many cases, they’ve told agencies that if they don’t give them business, they’ll go after and poach people from their teams.
