      Good mileage reimbursement but poor support and low pay

      good mileage reimbursement some supervisors are great

      Cons

      overworked underpaid poor support for staff little/no holidays no concern for safety of staff unreasonable expectations "paid lunch hour"- but they throw so many responsibilities at you that you don't get to use it have to do EVERYTHING for clients
