Pros

Remote work opportunity is nice

Cons

I had a disappointing experience working for PCM Trials over the past 2 years. Micromanagement was rampant, stifling creativity and productivity. The workplace culture was marred by constant passive aggression, making it unpleasant to work in. The company's disorganization created constant unnecessary chaos and frustration. Furthermore, the lack of clear processes only exacerbated the chaotic environment, leaving employees feeling adrift and unsupported in their roles. To make matters worse, members of the management team constantly flouted rules and held different expectations for those reporting to them. Those with tenure seemed to get away with everything, fostering a resenting sense of unfairness and inequality within the organization. This lack of consistency and accountability only served to erode trust and morale among the staff. At PCM trials, it often feels like everyone is working like chickens with their heads cut off, running around in a frenzy with no clear direction or purpose. The chaotic atmosphere and lack of organization left teammates feeling overwhelmed and exhausted, struggling to keep up with the constant demands and ever-changing expectations. This unsustainable pace not only led to burnout but also hindered productivity and quality of work. Teams are hard to keep due to poor management driving away strong employees. In an alarming display of disregard for work-life balance, the company actively encouraged and recommended that employees forgo family obligations for the sake of completing projects. This insensitive stance highlights the company's priorities, placing profit over people. Leadership consistently crossed boundaries by expecting employees to be available at all hours of the day, blurring the line between work and personal time and contributing to a pervasive sense of burnout among teammates. On top of everything else, the benefits offered by the company were far from competitive and fell below industry standards. We were often scolded for simply using earned paid time off. This lack of consideration for employee well-being only underscores the company's disregard for its workforce and further highlighted its shortcomings as an employer of choice. Overall, not a place I would recommend for anyone seeking a positive and supportive work environment.

Pros

This company is full of opportunities and room for growth. The team truly lives up to “One Team, One Mission” motto everyday. Salary is competitive. CPC position is remote with ability to be in the office. Over all amazing company to work for.

Cons

The company does not match 401k. Insurance is a little pricey.

Pros

I can't think of any.

Cons

Because there is no "back up" you have to work on weekends and evenings. There are always issues that come up with the trials, and thus very little admin time to do what you need to do. Poor training received, and no support from upper management. High employee turnover. Benefits are expensive.
