In my six months with Emapta, I've had a very positive experience. One thing I truly appreciate is the excellent support provided by the HR, Payroll, and IT teams—they're responsive, helpful, and make work-related concerns easy to resolve.
The SM Clark Hub 7 office also stands out. The workspace is clean, well-maintained, and provides a comfortable environment to work in.
I'd also like to give a special shout-out to our Customer Experience Manager, Argie Luat. She consistently goes above and beyond to make things easier for us, especially when it comes to attendance-related concerns. She's approachable, understanding, reliable, and highly efficient. Her willingness to help and her professionalism make a real difference in the overall employee experience.

Cons
No company is perfect, and I believe every organization has opportunities to improve. That said, I haven't experienced any major issues so far. After 12 years in the industry, I can confidently say that Emapta has been the best company I've worked for to date.
