Embarc is the kind of environment where hard work is rewarded and also appreciated. The management have an interest in seeing their employees succeed.
Cons
Their strength is in their Japanese business but for the right combination of people and economic cycle and business focus it can work anywhere.

Cons
As a growing company, there can be times where procedures can evolve. The developing industry in this region also requires a very flexible candidate to keep up with a higher level of compliance standards than most other retail businesses.
