Pros
Good employee focused policies beneficial to the individual employees. Offers hybrid work depending on your role. Never had any problems with leave approvals Will get to do many certifications at company's expenses
Cons
Seniors can be pretty toxic at times Appraisals are often offered to people pleasers Sometimes during sprints. Except to work after midnight or pull a 12+ hour shift with no leaves the next day. Upper management doesn't even know you exist. All your hard work will be credited to your middle management members.
