1. Mangers are trying to create hype and their own dependencies, so that their interns and junior feels under confident and pays you very low as per the industry standards. 2. One Person is responsible for every thing in this office (YKWIM) 3. No over time pays 4. Worst Salary cycle 5. if your are an introvert then you will kill yourself 6. Np place to have lunch properly 7. No smoking zone 8. washroom are not cleaned after second half 9. worst IT support 10. every create fake hype of urgency without having any work 11. bonus point - you will get notice and get apprication for your work after boot liking the senior management
