      Pros

      Fairly good benefits, good pay and good location.

      Cons

      They are very much not family oriented. Thankless job, no matter how hard you work or what you do outside of your job title. Stuck in the past with thinking you must work in person to be productive. Recommend a different cu such as rivermark to anyone looking at going into this field of career.

      Management is clueless. Turnover is high. No opportunity for training or advancement. Big talk about DEI, but it's all talk.
