Pros

Coworkers were all great! Dress code very casual, basically jeans and sneakers are good. Pay rate is average.

Cons

Management is horrible!! Human resources is a joke. One manager will tell you to do something one way and the other will totally contradict and tell you to do it another way. Forget raises. Total Chaos!!! No appreciation and major favoritism! One of the worst companies I have ever worked for hands down. If you like being mistreated, being unappreciated, and enjoy high stress levels this jobs for you.

Pros

Casual dress, but that's about as far as the pro's go.

Cons

If you like being hazed every single day of your life, or being sexually harassed by your fellow team mates, or even management, then this is the place for you. You will on a daily basis be reminded of how inadequate you are, how inferior you are to the long time members of the management staff (who are mostly all women who stick together like glue - play favorites - and publically belittle subordinates), and never be recognized for the work you put in. I worked for this company for more than 10 years, and in that time period I was harassed so badly by coworkers that it resulted in me having to go through therapy and anti-depressants / anti anxiety medication just to function well enough to go to work every day. Then there was the constant switching around of the employees on different teams. We called it the "Emcon shuffle". We were all cards in a deck, and every few months we'd get shuffled around onto different teams with different clients and different managers. Every single manager tells you to do the job differently. And if you do it the way your current manager doesn't like, but is the way you last manager taught you, you're brought in to speak with your team lead and supervisor for a write up in which you are not allowed to contest what they say, but are forced to sign and then have on record their view of your failings.

Pros

Worked here for over 2 years. Probably stayed that long out of convenience of proximity to my house and grew close to the girls in my department. Benefits were relatively inexpensive, about 120 a month for life insurance, basic health, full dental, and full eye coverage.

Cons

Not a company that pays well. Everyone is hourly, not salary which probably accounts for the fact that everyone views it as a job and not a career. The amount of work that's expected of you versus how little they pay is ultimately what pushed me out the door. Hours are 9-5:30 with 45 minute lunch. Mostly a company of all women who tend to be vicious and not team players, and that's coming from a likable person who gets along well with everyone.
