      The residents at Emerald Communities/Emerald Heights are great

      Cons

      In the three years I worked there EVERY Dept head changed at least once. Marketing went through something like 4. And only the CEO's (yep there are 2 of them, one for EC one for EH) and board members get any real pay. One dept head left because the CEO took his bonus. Run away quickly unless you live in Redmond and hate a commute. Lisa is no longer the CEO, she died. The guy taking over looks like a "Rent-A-Ceo" while the board members tell him what to do.

      Pros

      I've worked at Emerald Communities for several months now and I look forward to work every single day. The people that I get to work with care about one another and the community. We work hard and play harder! It is a culture that really values its employees. In terms of benefits, it's truly fantastic. We have awesome PTO and we are encouraged to take it, 401K match up to 5%. Great healthcare plan, gym/pool AND free lunch.

      Covid has impacted the level of staffing in the building.
