There's Always work. You will get your 40 hr work week plus overtime. Two new presses Expansion in the last two years.
Cons
The c.o.o meets with the owner she will show him all this wonderful stuff Numbers, percentages,flow charts,spread sheets. Looks great on paper. But that is not reality. The coo never worked on any kind of production machines. So when things go bad. Her answer is to stand by the press she will speed it up. Not knowing why it was at that speed. Hence bad print.. There's a reason why the operator was running at that speed. Mechanical function, bad film, etc. owner doesn't like it. So now the floor supervisors are putting all kinds stress and pressure on the employee. Vicious cycle.
