From the beginning I noticed a great and respectfully atmosphere. You as employee will not be handle like a number or a robot, you are a precious member of the team. I feel very lucky working with very professional and enthusiast people.
Cons
It has been very intensive for me working in two offices to learn both systematics. It would be great to keep working on standards.
