Cons
Their base compensation is on the very low side for a System Engineer position. To make a decent wage you are graded on "utilization" which is time spent in tickets to get the full amount you need 95% "utilization" which translates to 7.6 working hours every day. Also when you are on call expected to be woken up several times during your rotation because a customer's server burped in the middle of the night, oftentimes this will happen several times in one night.
