Small cpmpany with not a lot of benefits.

Management nor the company cares about their employees. People were being hired at the Conroe facility in August, but ultimately could not work until the middle of October since The Emergency Center could not pass state inspection. Training is nonexistent. Radiology runs lab equipment that most have NEVER had any training with (but the manager/facility director leave instructions attached to the wall, so I guess that is supposed to help). Management will look at you with a smile on their faces one minute and fire you the next (but will verbally state that they will give you a recommendation and will also bring up the possibility of returning at one of the facilities in the future). TEC started terminating employees before Thanksgiving (showing that holiday spirit, I guess), one of whom whose husband had just passed from cancer. Oh, and if you do have accrued PTO, they take it away and you aren't compensated for it.
