Pros
One of the best environments I've worked on (in terms of teammates). The flexibility is real in this company. The projects are interesting and for top companies.
Cons
Salary could be better, is not one of the worst in the city but not one of the best either.

Some peers are amazing! Feria & Christmas party (Expenses paid - you have a budget for trains/flights and hotel if you wanna stay overnight!) New office in Seville - Coming soon!- Hoping to see it and going to Seville again. Nice company if you're a plain person who doesn't want to grow! Note - expenses won't be paid if you live in Seville or on the outskirts!
Cons
Fake flexibility - many meetings. Your schedule is your "above" schedule. Bad communication between teams. No career path. Salary is not equal - old mentality about salaries. + Years have higher salaries, even if they are doing same or less tasks than you. They are friends and new hires are strangers for them... So difficult be trusted!
