      The management is terrible. They fired their employees for no reason, the Executive Director tends to fire them due to personal reasons. Waste so much talent! The ED always says that they can hire anyone there are still so many people out there, so they're not afraid to lose talent. What an egocentric company! The CEO itself also has no actions for this behaviour.

      Apart from the working start at 9.30 until 04.00, there's absolutely nothing good with this company.

      Cons

      - Micro managing by FOUNDER, make day to day operational work in a mess; - No advancement of career, unless you are one of the favorite of Founder; - Didn't care at all with People, no planning or training whatsoever to develop people - Founder didn't know how to run a company, everything a mess under the founder - Toxic positivity WILL develop in this company

      It was fun to work with my former team. Everyone was helpful and encouraging. The new branch manager for the Philippines, Liz, is a much-needed upgrade compared to the previous one, who lacked direction and plans for the employees. The Operations Head, Christine, was the best boss you could ask for. She demonstrated competence and expertise in her work. Without Liz and Christine, Emerhub Philippines wouldn't be the same. Just saying.

      Cons

      The pay is relatively low compared to competitors who can offer up to 50% more. There were frequent changes in business address, indicating a need for the CEO to decide on a permanent location rather than constantly moving. When I left, the HR and payroll staff of Emerhub were under the HR of RecruitGo. Unfortunately, the employees in that department were not competent and did not seem to know how to perform their jobs properly. They lacked knowledge of basic labor laws and were some of the most unprofessional individuals I have encountered.
