      Pros

      Surrounded by good, quality people. Chefs are approachable and understanding. Where Chefs see potential they will push to make you better, Can be aggravating but worth it overall. Having work experience at Emeril's will open doors.

      Cons

      Some times you just have to bite your tongue, choke it back and bear it. But that is universal isn't it?

      You can make a lot of money if you work hard for it, but it also means that you will need to do some Ass kissing in the long run....

      Cons

      You will have to deal with favoritism and politics in this company of you want to have a schedule that meets your needs....The company is cheap and advancement is very competitive.....Mind as well work for Darden restaurants where you will have a better chance for growth....
